Took the free shuttle from airport to hotel, arriving around 9pm. Check in customer service lady was not welcoming and unhelpful. I was only there for one night but would have been nice to be given some information on relevant info such as available food options.
There is a small store by reception that offers a variety of supplies for your holiday stay. The cafe and restaurant area are in the same vicinity.
On a positive note the restaurant staff were very friendly.
There is construction going on. They are adding a whole new block of rooms but the work started at a reasonable hour and I wasnt there long enough for that to be a disruption to me.
I have to say i was really impressed with the upkeep of the areas i did see. The hotel is not new but my room was immaculate...so clean and tidy. The bathroom was bright and fresh with no signs of wear and tear or little critters. Didnt even spot an ant!
Room had complimentary water coffee tea.
T.V remote did not work. I liked the large woven rubbish baskets in the room and bathroom that were lined with plastic bags. Better than the stupid tiny impractical bins at sheraton villas. No free wifi in the room.
Wifi is only free in the common areas by reception and only for an hour at a time. You have to keep requesting access from the desk staff.
Overall 8/10. Need to improve customer service from the get go. Easy peasey.....just smile, treat everyone the same and serve others because you care.
