The suite is lovely, although the pool is not heated and was far too cold for us to use during our stay. There could be more linens provided, towels/tea towels were sparse. The most concerning part is that we were awoken on our third day there by someone trying to enter the apartment at 4:45 am. They tried the front door, the patio door and also entered the yard to attempt entry from that angle. We informed the hosts and there was zero comments or follow up about it. While we recognize potential crime is not the hosts responsibility, the fact that there was no follow up was alarming, especially since this is in a gated community and we reported it to the guards too. Overall great spot, disappointed about the service though.

Beautiful place. Check in was a bit of a struggle . As no confirmation email nor text with instructions were received and multiple calls were needed to be made . To finally receive it via WhatsApp. Internet was also an obstacle. Did end up connecting to an alternative connection . When maintenance came they said that it looked like the internet had not been paid on the units specific wifi. Bbq was also not clean - rest of the place was clean however. Despite all this . All staff both on the phone and in person were friendly and professional. And aimed to remedy each minor issue promptly. Would reccomend . It is a beautiful place. If you do have a big car . Parking may be tight for unconfident drivers . Would reccomend 🙂

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Suggest a small rubbish bin in each room or toilet. The kitchen needs at least 2 or 3 dish cloths. The plates are too tall for the dishwasher. Would be nice if there was Netflix or SKY to watch in the night. Something to think about. We had a memorable stay. Loved the property and convenience.

Had an amazing stay! Beautiful place, very clean and tidy. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. Will definitely be coming back in December and staying here again.
