โAn active coffee estate doubles up as a well maintained nature resort. Food was excellent, the nature walks were good. The resort organised the safari ride booking in Nagarhole (Nanachi gate). โ
โTHE WORST experience I ever had. It was a pathetic experience from check in to check out. Pls do not overwhelm by looking at the photo. Rude staff, slippery places and no help offered even after we fell down. Damaged bed spreads, no hot water, restroom lock not working and ironically none of these problems are sorted out throughout my stay there. I would classify this as SCAM considering the amount they collect and service they provideโ
โStayed for 2 nights during a 2 week business trip to India. This newly built hotel is STUNNING. The private grounds feel personal, spacious & luxurious. 3 of us stayed and had a Signature lodge each. Beautiful rooms. Comfy beds. Food at the hotel is delicious.The hotel organised Safari for us (Jeep & Boat) which were both incredible. โ
โFirst of all it was parking menace. And 50% of the time in night there was no light. I asked of AC room by paying extra. AC was also not working. Asked for a refund, the owner was genuine. He said Expedia did not transfer the money, so they cannot refund. โ
โGood experience. Enjoyed the room, food, and other facilities. Only point - better communication on the safari timings would have helped. I rushed and reached as per the communication, and came to know that i cannot join the Safari, as the reporting time was 1 hour earlier and this was not communicated to me.โ
