It was a quick ride on the Tram to the hotel. The area around the hotel offered great transportation spots for accessing where we wanted to go. Very close to the hotel we found “Boulangerie by Prunelle. Just follow your nose and you’ll find it! A treat from here and the coffee machine for guests at Hotel Forza Nagasaki makes a nice treat. Our room at the hotel was very comfortable, as was the bed. We would highly recommend staying here.

Conveniently located within the shopping district with lots of eateries nearby. Tram station is just across the road. Modern design lobby and rooms. Free coffee machine in the lobby. Clean rooms. Fast wifi. TV has few channels.

Wonderful modern, clean hotel with great amenities. The room was very comfortable. Some kind of chair would have been appreciated. The bath set up was great. Breakfast was available and I was able to make the decision to buy a ticket on the day I wanted it. It is in the heart of a lovely pedestrian shopping precinct with lots of dining options. Easily accessible on the Number 1 Tram from the train station and then tram to the main tourist destinations in the city.

The location is convienenet to a shopping center, many bars and restaurants and near a tram station. If you are traveling without a car, take the tram. Its a good 20 min hike from nagasaki station and can be inconvienent if you have luggage. The tram is easy to use and drops you off in front of the hotel. The checkin process is easy and the room has a leg and back massager in the room. Perfect for anyone after traveling around the city. The price is excellent as well.

This hotel is attached to a shopping arcade so couldn't be more convenient and the in-room leg massager (in my opinion) was a much-welcomed indulgence! Plenty of transportation options for sights to see and at the tail end of the Shinkansen line (as a sign in the station boasted). Would happily return here!

We overall enjoyed our stay at the property, although there was a notable issue regarding parking due to a language barrier with the front desk receptionist. Unfortunately, the receptionist's limited proficiency in English led to a misunderstanding about the parking fees. We were informed that using the hotel-affiliated parking lot (located near the 7-eleven) would cost 1200 yen per night. The receptionist handed us a parking voucher, instructing us to insert it into the machine upon exiting the parking area. To our surprise, we ended up being charged 4500 yen for both nights with no hotel discount applied. Upon reflection, it became apparent that the receptionist likely intended for us to present the discounted voucher to the parking lot employees before paying. I hope that the property takes steps to improve the English communication skills of its employees, ensuring that they can effectively convey important information to customers. This enhancement in communication would undoubtedly contribute to a more seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.

I loved the location of the hotel in Nagasaki near Chinatown and the entertainment district and the tram line, but the hotel itself felt very generic. Machines to check you in and out, no one knows your name, you are just a number.

Great location, right in the middle of Chinatown, but the property is a little dated. But for a short trip it's great for being right in the buzz of the action in Nagasaki. Easy to get around to everywhere. Service was great - the staff helped us tremendously in arranging transport of our luggages to the next location.

Excellent location! Lots of dining options nearby, and all within a covered market area (which is helpful during the rainy season). The room had slightly too much furniture for the available space. The foot massager could have been removed to create more floor space.

The property is in a prime location. This is your place to stay if you want to be in the middle of “everything”. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The room had a foot massager and electric heating pad which was great. My low review is for the room itself. It appears dated, but aside from that, our room was dirty. The bathroom smelled like pee to the point where we had to keep the door shut in order for our room to not smell. We also noticed the carpet had a moldy/ mildew smell and cracks in the walls/ AC had mold showing. We kept the dehumidifier running, but that didn’t seem to help much. Luckily we only stayed for 1 night. We wouldn’t have been able to handle the smell any longer.

The hotel is located in a wonderful location close to many businesses and Chinatown. Unfortunately, we got a room that had an awful smell that only partially dissipated by the next day. In addition, they were running mosquito repellent in the hallway 24/7, with no explanation of why. All members of my party had sinus issues when we checked out.

Good hotel in busy area
Hotel is located in a covered shopping street. Close to Chinatown and a streetcar directly next to the hotel. The hotel is clean, has decent wifi. Real washers and dryers. So you can just dry if you need. A couple things that stood out was that the towel rack is directly above the toilet. So if you are taller then about 5'8" you will hit your head on it. Plus the towels like to fall into the toilet. Next is the shower. The spray nozzle aims straight away from the wall and is located up high. Can't be adjusted either. So if you are shorter then 6' it sprays you directly in the face. Minor issues that can be fixed. Still a decent hotel.

This was a great hotel. It was more spacious than a typical Japanese hotel and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and the location was great with easy access to the street car.

Location was great just near the Spectacles Bridge and within decent walking distance of many shrines. Hotel was nice and clean and the extra pillows in the closet were very helpful. Staff was very kind and helped us send our luggage to our next accommodation. They said it would get there in two days but it was there overnight when we got to our next place! Very helpful, kind and patient!

The hotel is in a great location to explore Nagasaki by foot. The only issue was finding the hotel as it is located in a shopping arcade. Once we found the hotel the parking area was easy to find.
