"While the room, balcony view, and staff were gorgeous and accommodating, the overall experience fell slightly short of my expectations for a resort of this size. We visited specifically for the Christmas lighting, which was advertised as exceptional. Although the lights were certainly pretty, I was expecting a more extensive display. This may be a resort better suited for a summer visit, where the beach and pool amenities or perhaps a golf outing, would truly shine."

"少し歩きますが、コンビニや飲食店の選択肢も多く、過ごしやすい場所です。ただお玉がなかったり、お味噌汁などを入れる椀がなかったのが少し困りました。前に滞在した時は新築でしたが、今は多少劣化もしているし、2階洗面所にアリが大量にいたり、ドライヤーが故障してたり、はありました。洗面所に洗面台が二つ並んでいたり、連絡したら返事もすぐ来て、前回より良かったこともありました。またお値打ち価格の時に利用させていただきたいです。ベッドメイキングやトイレ、お風呂など、手入れはきちんとされてたのでそれも良かった。 "

"清潔感があります。ホテルの部屋とは違う解放感があります。付帯設備は使い易いです。名護市からやや離れた住宅地にあり、とても静かな環境です。場所が分かりづらいので、もう少し案内が適切であった方が良いです。タブレットによるチェックインは最初戸惑います。滞在期間中の外気温が13℃〜15℃、沖縄としてはかなり寒く、エアコンの暖房が1階リビングは殆ど効かない(吹き抜けになっているためだと思いますが、2階は各部屋にエアコンがあり全く問題なし)のでかなり寒かったです。1年の中でも一番寒い時期だったので仕方ありません。ベッドの布団はかなり温かく熟睡できました。炊飯器が常備されている筈でしたがありませんでした。お米を持って行きましたが、他に炊飯できるような鍋釜がなく、フライパンの蓋もないので炊飯は諦めました。炊飯器がある旨の記載は直ぐに削除すべきです。その事以外は何ら不都合はなく、非常に快適に過ごせましたので、再訪したい宿泊施設でした。"

"Spacious room, very clean, amenities options were great! Despite a few downsides (had to pay for all the amenities offered, like using tennis court, indoor relaxation pool, bikes etc. [fortunately they were not expensive]) we still give it a 10/10 for overall experience! We explored lots of the island and looked for different beaches however, not sure if it was just off- season, no beaches compared to the beauty of the one offered at the hotel - clean, scenic and calming. We loved our stay :) "

"We had one of the best experiences of our Japan trips at this hotel. From the healthy breakfast buffet, fresh juices made from an actual juicer and to the cleanliness and aesthetic detail of the whole resort… Solace and rejuvenation was found. The staff is so hardworking, kind and truly made the entire experience. <3 The Thalasso pool also is a great tool for healing one’s body and everything was world class. We will be returning. "
