Ein typisch italienisches Hotel mittlerer Preisklasse. Das Alter ist überall zu erkennen. Teilweise wurden bereits Renovierungen vorgenommen (Pool-Deck). Für unseren Kurzaufenthalt (als Stop-Over) von zwei Nächten war es ok. Für einen ein- oder mehrwöchigen Urlaub würden wir uns aber eher doch etwas anderes suchen. Sauberkeit in den Zimmern könnte besser sein. Die Lage ist sehr gut und sehr zentral. Das Ufer des Sees, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sogar ein Kinderspielplatz in der unmittelbaren Umgebung und super zu Fuß zu erreichen. Daher hatten wir auch bewusst dieses Hotel gewählt. Parkplatz mit etwas Glück kostenfrei direkt am Hotel vorhanden. Das Angebot beim Frühstück war sehr gut. Qualität und Auswahl hat uns überzeugt. Personal war ständig unterwegs um nachzufüllen bzw. Tische zu säubern. Platz war für jeden genügend vorhanden und man wurde persönlich empfangen und an einen freien Tisch geführt. Allerdings aufgrund des altersentsprechendem Zustands und der Sauberkeit möchten wir nicht mehr als drei Sterne vergeben. Hier gibt es Verbesserungspotential! Es ist an der Zeit etwas Geld in die Gebäude zu investieren.

Excellent location, decent hotel but not 4 stars

The staff here is mostly friendly. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of choices. The room was pretty clean, the bathroom had some leftover hairs from a previous person, but the linens were a bit pitiable with holes in the bath towels and bed comforters.

Avidi, scortesi, indisponibili, bugiardi e scorret

Avevo prenotato 2 notti, circa 3 ore dopo il check-in delle prima notte (le 21 circa) ci avvisano di una grave problema di salute familiare. Avvisiamo subito l'hotel che ci dice che per loro non ci sarebbero stati problemi ma avendo prenotato con expedia loro non potevano fare niente e non si poteva cancellare. Senza credere a quanto indicato dall'hotel contatto hotels.com a cui spiego la situazione e mi viene detto che vista la disponibilitá al rimborso datami dall'hotel e la situazione spiacevole avrebbero cancellato la seconda notte e mi mettevano in attesa solamente per chiedere conferma all'hotel. Due minuti dopo l'operatore in modo molto gentile mi dice che in realtà l'hotel non è disposto al rimborso e che gli è stato chiesto di gestire loro "la relazione con il cliente" visto che in sostanza ci avevano preso in giro nonostante la nostra situazione emotiva. Il mattino dopo alle 8 prima del check-out chiediamo se potevamo lasciare la camera a dei nostri amici e ci viene risposto di no perchè altrimenti dovevano registrare il cambiamento ed è una cosa lunga che non potevano fare. Ciliegina sulla torta ci chiedono i 10 euro per le pulizie del cane che onestamente, visto che si sono tenuti i soldi di 1 notte x 4 persone e hanno risparmiato 4 colazioni potevano almeno fare il gesfo di evitarsi. Avidi, scortesi, indisponibili, bugiardi e scorretti.

Hotel hat gut Lage in Torbele, allerdings sehr laut da an Hauptstrasse keine 4 Sterne etwas unfreundlich am Empfang Zimmer gehören dringend renoviert alte Möbel und alter Teppichboden Pool gut Frühstückauswahl gut Abzocke als´ich vor Ort ein Tag verlängern wollte Zimmer frei aber zum doppelten Preis angeboten.

Deres parkerings plads var fyldt da vi ankom, i receptionen henviste de til to forskellige offentlige p pladser. Den ene måtte vi holder 90 min og den anden var mod betaling. Køkkenpersonalet stod ved morgenbuffeten og skrabede snavs af en tallerken hvorefter den blev sat op i bunken med "rene" tallerkener. Lokalområdet og naturen kunne ikke være bedre. Men anbefaler ikke dette hotel.

FInt hotel med god beliggenhed

Fint familiehotel med perfekt beliggenhed midt i Torbole by. Tæt på søen, restauranter, legeplads og supermarked. Vi havde dejlig lejlighed: soverværelse, badeværelse, stue/køkken med to yderligere sovepladser. Fin pool - der dog er ret kølig (vi var der ultimo juli). God oplevelse !

IKKE 4-stjernet niveau

Hotellet er IKKE på 4-stjernet niveau. Det er slidt og har ikke mere end der "skal" være, hverken på værelset eller ved poolen eller restauranten. Personalet ikke speciel service-mindet. Parkering annonceres som gratis, men det kan ikke overholdes, der mangler pladser. Men hotellet ligger perfekt ifh sø, restauranter, cykeludlejning o.lign.
