La struttura è a contatto con una strada trafficatissima, è impensabile aprire la finestra per il rumore a tutte le ore della notte, di contro il clima spara direttamente sul letto, per attenuare il getto gelido è stato applicato un pezzo di cartone con del nastro. La camera singola è dotata di un bagnetto realmente angusto. Per una notte è stata un ricovero di fortuna. Più notti? Anche no!

Wir hatten das Hotel für einen Zwischenstopp gebucht. Die Lage ist super, direkt neben einen Spielplatz und dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr (Bus in alle Ausflugsstädte). Das Frühstück ist klein aber fein. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen bzw. Renovierungen werden nicht fachkundig gemacht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ist das Hotel für einen kurzen stop empfehlenswert.

Hotel da incubo. Il personale sempre super disponibile, ma stanze sporchissime, peli sul comodino, sul letto e nella doccia. Moquette anche in balcone e quel giorno pioveva a dirotto! Mai stata in un hotel, tre stelle poi, così sporco. In bagno la mancanza del bidet si è fatta sentire, ma date le condizioni igieniche probabilmente abbiamo evitato di prendere una malattia alle parti intime. Mai più!

Pulizia della struttura e della camera meno di zero, abbiamo trovato capelli di vari colori nel set cortesia del bagno che era senza bidet e con doccia accessibile solo scavalcando il wc. Finestra con chiusura rotta, è stato necessario acquistare i tappi x le orecchie dopo la prima delle due notti insonni, questo perché la camera affacciava direttamente su una strada trafficatissima. Condizionatore lurido e rumoroso. Colazione terribile, la brioche era di cartone zuccherato, oltretutto siamo scesi e la titolare non sapeva se avevamo la colazione inclusa, ce lo ha chiesto 3 volte… Poco male il giorno dopo siamo andati in un bar serio. Per concludere l’ingresso riservato all’hotel di sera viene puntualmente occupato dai tavoli del ristorante che il gestore mette proprio di fronte alla porta, così bisogna chiedere di poter passare o mal che vada passare dall’altro ingresso. Per fare gli albergatori e io ne ho tanti come clienti, occorre avere a cuore le persone e il loro benessere, non solo il nostro portafogli. Expedia è vivamente consigliata di rimuovere questa struttura dalle sue proposte.

Gutes kleines Hotel an der Hauptstraße gelegen und daher etwas laut.Trotzdem zu empfehlen,gutes Frühstück nettes Personal.Preis/Leistung passt.Aber keinen Luxus erwarten.Ich würde es wieder buchen.Für die durchreise perfekt.Man ist schnell am Gardasee ca 5Min. mit Kfz.
