“The hotel was spotless, the room was lovely and warm when we arrived and very clean. All of the staff were lovely too will definitely be back. ”

“The floor is a bit cold. Modern and clean. You have to ask for the tee and water boiler. By default nothing in the room if you want any thing that is already mentioned in booking you have to ask for it. It's a bit weird and make me feel uncomfortable asking every day for a simple thing like tee or coffee. ”

My son ended up having an allergic reaction to something unknown at breakfast, and rather than trying to turn away and ignore it, everyone from the server to the front desk staff jumped to attention and did everything they could to help figure out what might have happened.
