Wonderful hotel and location. Great price! Across the street from the ferry dock. Parking free but off site and narrow road access. Huge balcony was bigger than the room and overlooked Lake Garda and Torbole. So fun watching the wind surfers from our own balcony lounge chairs.

Very nice lakeside hotel in a quiet area, very helpful friendly staff and a fresh tasty breakfast. Only con that the cleaner kept putting air on on in room and making it very cold with no way to heat

Beautiful lake front hotel. Free bikes to use and the breakfast was top!! The lady in the breakfast area is kind and helpful and even helped give us ideas of things to do.

The hotel is in a fantastic location with beautiful lake and mountain views. The hotel is a short 5 min walk away from the town centre with restaurants and bars. The room itself was nicely decorated with the lake theme and having air conditioning was a bonus due to the warm weather. It is clear the room has been recently renovated with new furniture. Breakfast was another highlight of the hotel, a good selection of really tasty fresh pastries and other options were available everyday and it’s included in the price. We had booked this hotel for the price and the ‘exceptional’ rating on Expedia. Unfortunately, there were quite a few points which let us down. The bathroom considerably impacted the quality of the room. It was surface level clean and very basic and in need of a thorough deep clean and renovation. The toilet seat didn’t fit properly and wouldn’t stay up on its own, we had to sellotape the seat to the tank. The floors were also not very clean even after room service, we had to put towels down to avoid getting dirty socks and feet. There were no do-not-disturb signs available, so the room was made up without us being able to clearly indicate otherwise. Parking arrangements were not convenient, the free parking (stated as 700m away) is a parking garage a 10min walk away from the hotel. We arrived at night, and the reception staff said we couldn’t get the parking until the next day, so we just ended up using the paid parking outside the hotel

Great price room with a lake view. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of GF options available. There was free parking it was just 500meters away. Only down fall was the room was quite loud being on the main road

The hotel receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The room we had offered a great view on the north side of the lake and Torbole downtown. Side note: the hotel entrance is next to the street, with no transit parking, which complexifies arrival, unless you're lucky enough to find a parking accross the street, or arrange for a parking first with the hotel (they offer a parking 150 metres from the hotel)

Hervorzuheben ist wie immer das unglaublich freundliche Personal beim Frühstück und an der Rezeption. Wir fühlen uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben. Sehr gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. Parkplatz und Fahrradstellplatz sind vorhanden. Sehr gute Ausgangslage zum Radfahren.
