Very clean and rooms were very spacious for our family of four. Self check in was a breeze, the front desk was never occupied which may turn some people off, but we loved the simplicity of check in and check out. The area has plenty of dining and convenience stores.

Within walking distance of osu shotengai shopping district. Very clean and big room for my family of 4. Unfortunately no parking lot on site.

Clean and (incredibly) spacious room. Property and all interior felt very clean and new as well. Was incredibly comfortable. Thoughtful amenities including washer/dryer, daily clean towels, mini fridge with a legit freezer, etc. Through instructions were provided (and in English) such as WiFi, air conditioner, washer/dryer, daily trash collection, etc.; every question we had was answered. Would absolutely recommend and return if visiting Japan again. Thank you Grand Base Osu!

This property is perfect for a short stay. Our family of four stayed here to visit Studio Ghibli park and it was easy getting to the subway. There was plenty of space but amenities were limited which was fine. There is one person working the front desk so service is limited but he was very friendly. The hotel is walkable to many places to eat, convenient stores, and the open air market.

Highly recommend small hotel apartment, central

Great hotel/apartment walking distance to the Osu shopping areas and food spots. The hotel is modern, nicely decorated, comfortable, spacious and offers all the amenities perfect for family. Reception staff was very polite, helpful, with limited English, however had google translate to help. Internet speeds is good, there is free onsite laundry with drying. Taxi to the hotel is approx ¥1000 from Nagoya JR, or catch metro + 10 minute walk.

Great property. So spacious. Staff did not speak English but used Google translate well. Only mugs provided, no crockery or cutlery. Microwave only. No sink (but two basins) Our family of 6 were very comfortable in the huge space.

Based on the entry photo, we expected a more traditional property. I don't think that is anyone's fault, but it made us feel a bit let down. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable tho. No complaints. And we all loved the large bathroom.
