Nice hotel. Great breakfast. It was a bit crowded during our stay but we did not have any issues. The Nagoya station was a bit of a walk.

Breakfast was delicious and the staff were fantastic. In particular I had a small issue and staff member Futaba Koyama smoothed things out and gave me a gift. Nagoya was not place I thought I would want to return, but the hotel and its staff make me miss it.

We had a great stay here. Our son forgot his favorite stuffed animal in the room when we checked-out, so we emailed the staff after returning home to Osaka. The housekeeping staff was able to find it, and had it sent back to us right away. We are so thankful for their prompt service, going above and beyond to reunite our child with his beloved stuffy.

Fantastic stay at the Hilton Nagoya. The property is very clean and well maintained. The staff is incredibly professional, attentive, and just made my stay incredibly pleasant. The breakfast and dinner buffets are so delicious, with so many options to choose from. The hotel has a great gym, which kept me motivated to workout on vacation. 10/10 experience!
