We wanted a bigger room but is not available during my trip. Room is small but is well organised and clean. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Nagoya train station is near to the hotel and lots of shops and eateries around. Will book again this hotel next trip.

Location walking distance from airport train services just need to plan which route got lift and escalators available when hogging large baggage. Staff service was excellent. Press the lift to go down from lobby when they saw u walking towards the lift to go out. Small thoughts like greetings you when u return and leave. Everything was an amazing expirence to.stay at this hotel. Thanks again

Unforgettable blessings and wonderful hotel

Love the convenience location and the friendly staff. I lost my phone on the 3rd day in the taxi and luckily the taxi driver remembered the hotel pick up point and brought my phone back to the hotel. The front desk staff returned the phone to me and helped me called the taxi company and thank them. I used the same taxi company - Meitetsu Group for a ride to the airport today to patronize the honest behavior of the taxi driver.

Nice and valued option for Nagoya stay

If you know the way, the hotel is connected with the underground walkway, unimall - particularly convenient in the rainy days and cold days. I walked on the ground floor as it's very late for me to arrive at Nagoya - it's a bit difficult to find it. The room is cosy and tidy with a nice city view seeing the light-up Nagoya Castle at night. The onsen bath is a bit small - it can accommodate around 4-5 persons. Overall it's a nice and valued option to stay at Nagoya.

It's conveniently located to the station, although Google maps takes you on a really random route. Standard room for two is cosy but, decent enough to have as a base. It's well stocked with good quality amenities and is very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. We didn't have a chance to try out the spa. Overall brilliant experience for a well reasonable price. Would easily recommend.

Have a great stay in a tidy, clean and comfort room. The hotel is located at 8/F, need a bit longer time to queue for elevator in the peak hours, especially in the morning time. Hygiene of the Spa is a concern. Some hotel guests entered the Spa directly without taking showers. I experienced such incident twice. I did not use the Spa facility anymore afterward. I understand that this is not the fault of the hotel, but would suggest the management provides more instruction and guideline about properly use of the Spa facility.

Perfekt for a business trip to Nagoya

Nice hotel near Nagoya station with rooms above 8th floor. Rooms contain everything necessary: TV, big bed, shower and cleaning bath tube, separate toilet. Everything clean and regular clean service that can also be suspended for environmental reasons. Just a bit small if you have a big suitcase for several days. Breakfast with good choices, but you have to catch a suitable time early in the morning or after 9:00am, otherwise you might not get a seat.

Location not far from JR station, can walk underground. Exit U14, keep going straight without turning, elevator to the ground of the Sanco B. There are good facilities. There is complete equipment. Can be borrowed from the hotel. There are free onsen, free ice cream, and free ice.
