Mainly feel bad with hotels.com service, I confirmed I've booked three days room with breakfast on hotels.com site and it also shows with breakfast on the screen. When I checked in with the hotel and they said my booking is no breakfast, then check it again with someone I don't know and confirm that my booking is no breakfast. The hotel overall is ok. The worst is hotels.com. I'll reconsider if I book a room on hotels.com again for my next trip.
