スタッフの方の丁寧な接客とエコな取り組みが良かった。翌日、久米島にフェリーで行く予定だったので泊港に近く、モノレールの駅も近いので利便性が良かったです。無料でついていたベーグルとコーヒーも美味しくて嬉しかったです。ありがとうございました。

アメニティが少ないのはわかっていたが、備え付けのコップもなく不便だった。 洗面台は流れが悪く、5分くらい放っておかないと水が全部流れてくれなかった。 受付の方の接客は良かったので、最初はそこまで不満には思っていなかった。 ただ、最終日の夜中3時に火災報知器が鳴って宿泊客全員が外に避難する事態に。 ほぼ外国人だったのでみんなパニックになりかけていた。 夜勤のスタッフの方が恐らく2人しかいなかったようで、確認等で大変だろうとは思ったが、誘導も説明も全くなく不安に感じた。 火災報知器が鳴ることは不可抗力なので仕方ないが、最後までちゃんとした説明はなく館内放送で済まされた。 結局、火災報知器の誤作動だった。 1時間外に寝巻きで放り出されて、部屋に戻ってもすぐに寝付けずで最終日はそのまま空港に行って帰宅することに。 せめてチェックアウトの時に一言声かけてくれたり、貼り紙をしてくれるだけでも全く気持ちは違ったと思う。 初めての沖縄旅行だったので、いつものビジネスホテルより値段が高いこのホテルにしたが、ビジネスホテルにすれば良かったと後悔した。 直前に決めた旅行だったので、調査不足で自業自得な面もあるが。 唯一良かった点は本当に火災ではなかったことだと思う。 怖いので、個人的にはもうこのグループのホテルは使いたくない。

The room was very clean and cozy but very small with no storage space or space to put anything. One thing we didn’t like was that there are not tea kettle to make hot water. There was 1 kettle in the lobby, but it was taking forever to be ready, so we just went to the convenience store next door for hot water.
