As a solo traveler, felt very safe in the hotel. The staff, especially door staff, were kind and always checking on your well being. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the idea of being able to reserve breakfast to have ready in a grab bag for those early morning trips. The restaurant could use a bit better menu, maybe some smaller meals and some fruits for those who do not want a big meal at end of day. Easy booking for hotel shuttle, a little expensive depending on your hometown currency. I would recommend and stay again at this hotel.
