"Don’t book this hotel, it may be a scam. I had a reservation, arrived before check in closed, no one there and their out of hours system did not recognise my booking. Tried the phone numbers they gave, no response, had to drive on and make a different booking somewhere else. Hotel no responding to hotels.com so delaying my refund. DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL!"

"We chose this hotel because it had high ratings and it fully deserved them ! Everything was perfect and it is one of the most comfortable stays we have ever experienced.
