"This is my 10th times visiting Nagoya, I would say the Hotel is one of the best deal I have ever been, not only NGO but maybe the Whole japan (as I am a frequent traveller that visiting different Japan cities per month.) Not a very modern type but great rooms, good facilities, decent location ( like 5-10 mins walk to stations ) but close to 2 most famous Chicken wing restaurants, Kura Sushi, MCD etc, restaurants. "The hotel staff is a key for guests. One of the front staffs was excellent because she has memorized my name by meeting with me once. By calling my name politely l felt at home to stay at the hotel. "I upgraded my room when I got there. The room had some wear and tear in it prior to my arrival but it was minimal. Pool facilities regarding the hot tub could be cleaned better so that no grime would show but the PH and acidity levels of the pool were normal and felt great. I liked that the hotel is within walking distance to the subway station and the staff was great! Their breakfast buffet was Snoopy themed! "
