"I stayed at that place (it’s like a short term furnished apartment) when they were run by urbanstay and was quite happy with the value. Same this time. Seems that stay more is just getting going, so some things aren’t there yet but their cleaning products smell nice! And the mattress topper is nice compared to the old one at urban stay. "We came for a couple stay in March. I’ve to say I’m not a fan of the sustainability standpoint. Toothbrush is payable, toothpaste too. For $400-500 a night it’s definitely not something I expect. The pantry was stocked once through the stay so that’s a plus point, uber will pick you up quickly and conveniently at level 2 of the property. The worst part was the lack of air conditioning cause they mentioned it’s spring time or the start of spring, first day we requested for the fan however it was not available it was pretty unbearable and the second day they sent a fan once guests checked out. Our friend booked the same property hence we knew there was this option. Perhaps you should check whether the aircon is functioning during your stay before confirming the property. I’m not sure if this is a norm in Korea however we are headed to two other hotels after this and I may update my review. If you require to increase the speed of the fan you will also require the concierge to come up with the remote to adjust for you. Very inconvenient. The aesthetic and gym was nice but other than that it may not be ideal for couples. "
