Impeccable service, nicely designed hotel, great breakfast. Only issue is that there are constructions by the road which may be beard in the room, but they do provide earplugs if it is a bother to you. Great stay, highly recommneded.

Great location next to Coex, high ceilings and good size rooms. Nice room but hotel has very small lobby on 24th floor. Subway construction at hotel intersection which caused some noise. But otherwise hotel staff adn service was excellent.

Staff are uniformly friendly and eager to please. View was incredible and we didn't mind the hearing the hum of a big, busy city. Location is fine for exploring Gangnam (we'd already stayed on the other side of the river) but the construction in front of the hotel does make it difficult for taxis. Make sure to ask for a taxi card to show your driver. 24-hour room service is great. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and yes, the elevator system is maddening. A grand hotel should have a grand lobby. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
