"Classic Room, 1 King Bed, Non Smoking, City View- The room spacious with sitting space and decent size bathroom. Clean and comfortable. Staff are attentive and friendly. Breakfast was decent but is veg only (no eggs as well) so good if you ok with indian dishes but would not be very western friendly if you only prefer western type meal. The hotel is not in the old town but a short ride across the bridge takes you to all the sights. In the negatives- there is no sound proofing. While the hotel is situated in a quiet location, the noise from guests walking up and down th stairs and talking loudly only stops around midnight. Maybe ask for room away from steps. The hotel also does not have 100% block out."

"The hospitality stood out more than any other things. Staff is so so grateful , helpful and respectful. They were so helpful with my twins. Also they never indifferent mood always smiles on their faces. "

"The morning breakfast was excellent with many items served. I would like to compliment the chef for his expertise in food selection and taste. The reservation included many amenities that were not provided initially. When I complained about them at the front desk, I was told they have to be requested which was not clear to us. Once we were transferred into a better room after complaining, everything worked out very well. We will stay there again but will request things at check in or right after we have checked in the room and find them missing. We like the location of this hotel which is very convenient to us for accomplishing our “things to do”."

"The bathroom wasn't too clean and the staff demanded more than the booked price stating that the property was not listed on Expedia. They put us in a different room claiming that the one we booked was taken."
