"the hotel doesnt exist!! we arrived to the property, pre-paid for two rooms only to realize this property has been shut down for over a year. the phone numbers listed on Expedia for the hotel doesnt work either. so we were left to fend for ourselves and find alternative hotel very painfully this weekend. This is exceptionally well priced and you would pay a great deal more if closer to town for the same comfort. "1 year old hotel but very clean and fresh. Manager was very friendly and helpful. You can rent e scooter for 8000kyat a day, which is really nice because all the pagodas are quite spreed out.
