"The attendant in the breakfast room is helpful and friendly. Room was tidy neat and clean. However the front desk agent was knocking at our door so hard it frightened me. The front desk knew we asked for a later check out. The front desk agent has given us a hard time last time we stayed at this location. "

"Wasn’t booking particularly for the view, but it’s a bit of a stretch to call it an ocean view. Comfort-wise, I found the bed very soft - felt luxurious but not great for back support (personal preference I suppose). I would enjoy a thicker duvet for fall/wintertime. Overall, it was a great experience and i would return. Thank you!"
