Would have loved a microwave jug to heat milk for the provided hot chocolate . Heated towel rail could be added, and a window covering in the bathroom to create a cosy feeling for when in the wonderful bath .

The one bedroom unit was large, had a fantastic spa shower and the rooms were dark in the morning so we could sleep in. Kitchen was clean and tidy. Had 2 tvs with 50 channels

The room was cleaned & well organised, pretty much all services was available. However, staff communication services was not good. Asked for a tax invoices due to tech issues could not printed out, asked to email didn’t send any email. Emailed them again no one answered. Then had to call to get an invoice. 4th attempt had to take just to get an invoice. In that sense it is poor and need to work on it. Otherwise it a good place to stay.

Excellent motor inn on edge of town. Good choice of restaurants within ten minute walk. Area around motel is quiet and safe. Would stay here again if in town.

The property was clean and comfortable but the management was poor. We had asked for a downgrade as our family could not join us and this was not recorded. Consequently when we went to book in we still had the big unit and not the downgrade requested . Hugh was extremely rude and in the end we just out. (. We did pay the tariff.) Fairley was perfect for our need's, they even upgraded us to the 2 bed with queens instead of the family room. Great walk along the seafront and an easy walk into Ahuriri.

We stayed at Fairley Motor Lodge for four nights with a secondary school sports team and would highly recommend this property. Great facilities, clean and comfortable rooms. Jane and Hugh were friendly and accommodating hosts and the staff were also lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in a 1 bedroom suite which was very spacious. Had everything you needed with a decent sized kitchen, table & chairs and lounge area with sofa, coffee table and large tv. Bathroom was big with a corner spa bath and shower over it - the extractor fan didn't seem to work very well though. Bed was comfy with electric blanket and a tv in the room. Parking in front of unit made it easy to unpack & pack up. We have stayed here before in a different room type and would absolutely stay here again.
