This was certainly a unique stay in the Umberto shopping gallery. Check-in was very confusing and could have been better instructed ahead of time. However the staff were very helpful and nice and the room was excellent value, I enjoyed my stay.

Most pictures on internet are NOT representative of B&B Art Suite Santa Brigada; they are pictures of a hotel located about 100 feet away that processes fees and issues keys to unit. B&B is located at another building with another entrance and has a 2 star rating due to misleading pictures and poor maintenance in unit.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the B&B Art Suite Santa Brigida, it's close to everything and such a lovely building, the only thing we had a problem with was a peculiar smell often bellowing from somewhere we couldn't locate outside our room and in the bathroom, luckily we were out most of the day so it wasn't too much of a problem. We will definitely be back again

The proporty is not as advertised. The sign for the hotel was the size of a book extremely small. Rang the bell at least 15 times no answer finally had to call by phone 5 times. Our room was a block away from the checkin. Would not recommend to anyone!!!

Very confusing to find this place, no communication in advance, no help to find a taxi for my flight, no wifi !! Basically they were not waiting for us and they kept blaming it on Expedia. I needed their help to reserve a taxi for airport, they said it’s saturday and the company we get taxi from is busy !! No help with our luggages, the elevator was so old small with 2 door. Very noise neighborhood, Overall disaster

This particular hotel did not have the same check in desk as the other properties that belong to the mall. Unfortunately, we had to go through a different entrance, it was dark and the room I booked did not have a the view I paid for. The bathroom was leaking, the was uncomfortable. I would not recommend it.

I even did not stay on this hotel. I ring the bell and no one answered the doorbell. I tryed the phone number and no one answered the phone. I went to 3rd floor and no one answered the doorbell. I waited for one hour and no one showed up to check me in. I called Expedia and told them the story and ofter that one guy called me , but on that time I was booking another hotel because I was very tired from 20hours flight. No refund yet. The lobu was under construction and fealty.

This hotel was not worth the nightly fare ($250aud). There was black mould in the bathroom behind the toilet chamber that you could see when in the shower, the bathroom needed to be recalled with the grout being black and chipping away throughout. The room itself is in the mall and the shutter blinds to keep the light out at night are screwed to the wall so that you can’t use them (!!!) When we entered the room, it stank and felt like the heater had been on all day. The floor tiles were broken throughout. The lift was so dodgy that I sent the bags up and walked up the stairs instead. The area and Napoli in general, is quite scummy and not worth the visit. Head straight to the island instead of staying in this city.

Buen lugar, buen servicio y buena ubicación.

Es un hotel muy bello y ubicado en el centro, con lugares hermosos de Nápoles. Sin embargo, también es cierto que hay complicaciones para check-in después de las 4pm y eso porque el lobby está a unos edificios de distancia, dentro de la Galería Umberto I. Además, si llegas a esa hora, debes subir tus maletas sin elevador y son 4 pisos, lo cual es demasiado pesado cuando llegas. Pero lo demás, en general, muy bien. Es muy bonito y les recomiendo mucho el desayuno, que aunque no está incluido, el precio es bueno y se puede tener una vista espectacular de la galería.

Es un acertijo encontrar el lugar, reservas pensando que es un hotel y después te mandan un mensaje diciéndote que la recepción es en otro lado del edificio, el cual tienes que ir tocar un timbre, buscar la recepción en un tercer o cuarto piso, después te registras, te dan como 6 llaves, una para cada puerta, después te tienes que ir a otro edificio tipo departamentos, y no te explican que para entrar es con código y que para encender la luz es con la misma tarjeta metálica, necesitas abrir como 5 puertas para entrar, la de banqueta, después la de entrada, después otra para el pasillo y al fin llegas a la de tu habitación, no lo recomiendo

天井が高く、部屋は広い。ガレリアそばで観光、食事にも便利なロケーション。アメニティはシャンプーのみだが、必要最低限の備品はある。水回りは湯量も豊富で使いやすい。 難点はチェックインがとにかく困難なこと。まず、ガレリア中央、No.83の鉄の格子扉のなかのエレベーターで4階に上がり、そこにあるホテルで、Art sweet Santa Brigidaの鍵を受け取る必要がある。直接Art sweet Santa Brigidaに行っても、中に入る事は出来ない。私達は電話でチェックインの方法を問い合わせた。チェックインに関する案内を、もっと丁寧に行って欲しい。

ci e' stata data una camera la numero 1 come unica disponibile con finestra su corte interna inesistente,vicino a campana e orologio rumoroso,premesso che essendo napoletano ho preferito non protestare,ma il fatto di un a fortissima puzza di fogna il secondo giorno per tutta la notte e' insopportabile,e un eventuale controllo asl non autorizzerebbe l'abitabilita' in un paese civile.tra l'altro mi sembra che le altre stanze non fossero occupate.probabilmente si da precedenza agli stranieri e noi altri ci possiamo arrangiare,grave.....

This property is located inside a Galleria, a unique art nouveau style shopping hall. Beautiful room, so worth the extra couple euro for the Deluxe Room, with a marble juliet balcony over looking the interior.
