We were travelling in Italy and stopped at this place. It was falsely advertised and the whole place had bed bugs and bugs over the beds and sheets. We left the hotel straight and was never given a refund.

Hotellin sijainti todella pelottavalla paikalla. Viereisessä kadunkulmassa huumehemmot piikitti itseään. Aamupala kehno. Hissi toimii vain kolikolla ja hotellihuoneet 5.kerroksessa. Huoneet vaatii kunnostusta samoin koko rakennus.

I have stayed in many hotels and guesthouses in many parts of the world, but I have never experienced a stay as terrible and nightmarish as this B&B "hotel" before. During the humid night heat of Naples, our room warmed up to 31 degrees Celsius, and our air conditioner was broken for exactly 3 days. Every time we complained, they said "we will look into it, we will check it," but they did absolutely nothing. We couldn't even open the window because of the mosquitoes, and there was no mosquito net on the window. (I was also worried that the packs of giant rats I saw among the garbage piles below would climb up and get inside.) I believe the AC was already broken before we arrived, and the hotel management simply did not care at all. The internet only existed in the Hotels.com listing; while we were there, there wasn't even a Wi-Fi network available. Every day they said "we apologize for tomorrow," but of course, nothing was fixed. The mini-fridge was broken too; far from cooling anything, it was heating up the room even more. On the last day, seeing that it wouldn't get any better, we fled the hotel and moved to another place, despite having already paid for it. As a side note, despite reporting this issue 3 times while still in Naples, Hotels.com customer service was not helpful at all. I am saying it again: Do not even think about staying in this place run by such disrespectful people.

Not expecting much, still disappointed.

It is not badly situated close to the central station but the street itself is a little bit uneasy with closed businesses and rough looking homeless people hanging around. Thr B&B is on the 5th floor with paying elevator only working on 20 cent pieces, if not then you have 130 steps to climb. Refrigerator in the room was broken, shared one at the entrance but if the 5 rooms are occupied that will not leave much space. With outside temperatures of over 30 the airco isn't up to the task. We also had ants crawling around and found some live ones in the bed. Breakfast can be taken at a small bar a few streets further and consists of one croissant and one coffee. It could be busy so no guarantee you will have a place to sit, also you need to be assertive like everywhere kn Naples, people will have no problem skipping lines or interrupting an order. After 9 days we skipped the monotony of meager morning sweetness. The B&B itself is a renovated appartment in what once must have been a grand building but due to lack of maintenance, as seems common in Naples, it is sadly falling apart as in time will the renovated interior i am sure.

Terrible, the room was clean, but no air conditioning. The building is in poor condition. You have to pay to use the elevator. Drugs are sold in the neighborhood, there is prostitution, illicit goods are sold. It is a shame to Expedia sell hotels that type of property.
