Great location

Great stay in a great location. Very close to the train station and pick up for a tour to Pompeii. Loved that there were multiple charging ports close to the bed.

Exceeded expectations for the location. Noise from the busy streets was biggest downfall, but expected being so close to train station. Fantastic selection of breakfast foods. Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Small shower in one of the rooms. Larger in the other room. We had two rooms for a family trip. Elevator was a pleasant surprise also.

This was the perfect base for our short stay in Naples. Super convenient from the train station with plenty of food options nearby. We particularly loved the rooftop terrace which gave us a fantastic view over the city. We were also especially impressed with the service, the person on reception for most of our stay (I think his name was Francesco) was extremely helpful and courteous. The room was very comfortable and well fitted. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Very handy if arriving by train, literally 5mins walk. Room was super quiet thanks to huge double-glazed doors leading to a small balcony overlooking the piazza. Dont be afraid of the area around the station and the piazza, yes it is sketchy but there is a very visible police and military presence which made it feel safe. Would gladly stay again.

The hotel was very conveniently located for the activities we did while in Naples. We were walking distance to the train station, about 1.5 miles to the docks and about 2.5 miles to the airport. Breakfast was not included but was delicious and convenient before starting our day.

Very good stay. Location is convinient since it is close to Napoli Centrale and I was traveling wity elderlies via Train but besides seeing the common crazyness of Naples, the Hotel is very good. I only wish tye roff top was better equipped to service people, it has great potential and tge view is outstanding.
