Great location and friendly staff

Gino was very helpful and accommodating with early/late check-ins. Communication was excellent. This B&B is ideally located for Napoli Centrale Station and the Garibaldi metro, making it ideal for exploring Napoli and the wider region.

It's a budget hotel near the station on the fifth floor so ok for a night stay or short stay /.fifth floor with a what app check in /.breakfast is very budget one coffee one croissant /.bathroom are cleanish /.no major issue but it's budget

The location is close to the station and the room is clean. But the hair dryer socket was broken and could not be used. 😡😤This was my first night in Naples, which made me very disappointed with the Italians.😡

The area and the building that the unit was in was sketchy and the walk from the train station to the property was pretty scary. Once inside the unit, it was fine and the bed was very comfortable. However, the locks on the doors were just skeleton keys and there was no deadbolt or burglar lock. We did go downstairs to eat late and there were a few restaurants that looked good and we had some really good pizza.

Unfortunately, my experience with this hotel was quite disappointing. I ended up being charged twice for my stay — once when I paid in person at the hotel, and again on my credit card. Despite multiple attempts, neither the hotel nor Expedia were able to resolve the issue. Communication was very difficult, as the hotel staff did not speak English, which made solving the problem impossible. In the end, I had to cover the cost twice, which was very frustrating. I hope the management improves their communication and payment processes for future guests.

Didn’t stay in my booked hotel

Upon arrival at this property they didn’t have my reservation and after calls between booking and hotel the staff member moved me to his neighbours hotel. Obviously an error on his part and hotel room was perfect. No breakfast included as this is what I paid for and would like booking to advise why this Happened. Communication between the hotel and then was terrible as they didn’t.speak Italian.

Worst stay in Europe.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed throughout Europe. We stayed twice on either side of our Amalfi Coast trip. When we arrived at 2.30pm there was no one onsite and we stood outside for more than half an hour to receive booking details. The room was disgusting. The shower was mouldy, the toilet did not flush properly and it smelt so bad. The room looked like it had been trashed, even the lamp next to our bed looked like it had been shattered and glued back together. The bed squeaked all night long and kept us awake. A lady was waiting outside our room at 7.30am to pay the city tax even though we were told to leave cash in the room. We received booking instructions at this time for our next stay. The second time we stayed we arrived late at 10pm and when arriving at our room it appeared we had a single bed, one towel and one pillow even though we booked a double room. The power point was unsafe and falling off the wall. The bathroom smelt disgusting. The worst part was they lost our booking and had a lady knocking on our door at 7.30am asking for our details. Once they realised they had messed up we received no apology and they harassed us to pay the city tax. I would like to request a refund. We have travelled Europe for three months and this is by far the worst place we place we stayed. This place should not be available to book.

Como fica perto da estação de Nápoles Central os arredores não me pareceu seguro, mas sempre tinha carros de polícia parado na praça em frente. A localização da entrada foi bem ruim. É um prédio compartilhado com vários outros, então tivemos que contar com ajuda de um senhor que viu nossa situação a procura da entrada. Existe um código para entrar e não nos foi informado. O prédio é bem antigo, mas a parte correspondente ao hotel foi reformado. O banheiro é bem pequeno, quando liga qualquer torneira faz um barulho estranho bem alto devido a presença de um motor para puxar a água e por isso no box acumulava água durante o banho. A colcha de cama era escura e tinhas umas manchas, não passou uma boa impressão, mas os lençóis brancos estavam com boa aparência. As camas eram confortáveis. As tomadas não encaixavam adequadamente, então tinha que encontrar uma posição adequada e não mexer mais, e só tinha duas no quarto que era para 4 pessoas.

jó szállás Nápoly belvárosában

A szállás viszonylag egyszerű. A szobák és fürdőszobák tiszták voltak. Ezzel gond nem volt. Az ágy 2 felnőttnek kissé kicsi, avagy mondhatni romantikus méretű :) A szállás a Garibaldi téren van. A tulajjal nem is találkoztunk. Online kaptuk meg a kapu és egyéb nyitókódot. Korrekt ügyintézés volt. Ajánlom a szállást, ha beszéltek angolul.

Buona acccoglienza, camera in linea con quanto avevo richiesto, personale gentile e disponibile nell'assecondare le mie necessità. Unica pecca (di cui la stuttura no ha alcuna responsabilità): si trova al quinto piano e qualche scriteriato nello stesso piano dimentica sistematicamente di chiudere le porte dell'ascensore, impedendone l'utilizzo, ignorando i numerosi cartelli che ricordano in italiano e in inglese di chiudere le porte!

Struttura molto comoda per chi viaggia a Napoli Centrale. Camere pulite con arredamento extra minimal. Bagno pulito con sanitari e vano doccia mediocri. Ricezione notturna affidata alla comunicazione telefonica con un signore gentilissimo. Colazione non fatta perché disponibile dalle ore 8:00 previa compilazione di un modulo in cui barrare quello che si ha intenzione di consumare.

Es mejor invertir un poco más y elegir otro hotel

Se trata de un piso que lo han convertido en habitaciones. 5 planta con un ascensor que la mayor parte de tiempo no se podía utilizar .habitación que aunque solo se utilizara para dormir resultaba incomodo( baño minúsculo , luces de la habitación de oficina , colchones duros y sábanas egipcias … creo que son más de Asia . Es mejor invertir un poco más y elegir otro hotel

Don’t stay if you don’t speak Italian

We in the end didn’t stay here and were forced to book another place. Before arriving I was calling ask if we can check in at 9pm, and the host said yes. Only when we arrived we realised that no one at reception after 8pm. Although we immediately called the number, the man who picked up the phone couldn’t help at all. He later agreed to refund with written confirmation via WhatsApp. Now the accommodation refused to release the refund even with Hotels.com intervening. There are plenty of accommodation which accepting checking after 8pm. Don’t risk staying here…
