We had a great visit. The room was spotless and looked just like the photos. Check-in was easy and flexible as well. The room is located super close to the central station and located around local cuisine and more. Definitely recommend for your next visit to Naples!

The staff was amazing! They helped when we blew a fuse, very easy to do in Europe. They helped arrange the airport shuttle. I regard this as an absolute must. Our driver spoke English. He was extremely patient locating us just outside the airport. Unless you have been to a third world country, you have experienced nothing like the drivers in Naples. Even for Europe; it was insane. Experiencing this without speaking the language of the driver is something I would not consider.
