Toledo stay

Central choice right beside Toledo Metro station - there is a lift but not right to hotel entrance so you still have to lift heavy luggage up stairs - room clean and very adequate. Broken balcony door allowed for a little outdoor street noise but nothing drastic.

Molto bello,camera pulita, fresca, biancheria confonrtevole. Posizione fantastica, attaccata alla metro, ideale anche per chi pensa di spostarsi a piedi, tanti ristoranti nelle vicinanze di qualsiasi tipo. Unica pecca( se devo trovarne una) essendo cosi centrale nei quartieri spagnoli potrebbe essere utile avere qualche convenzione con qualche parcheggio. Altro piccolo consiglio visto l ascensore e le scale per arrivare alla Hall potrebbe essere utile un servizio di carico e scarico per i bagagli. In ogni caso abbiamo passato delle splendide vacanze in una città meravigliosa e in un hotel molto bello e per questo vi ringrazio.

Hotel was ok. Would not choose to stay here again if we ever visit Naples. Our room had a shower drainage issue and when we brought it up to the front staff, they said I had turned the water on too hard and that’s why it wasn’t draining. They said to wait 10 minutes and try again, ok. Time went by and again the shower would not drain. We were told we would have to wait until the next day for them to try and figure it out and if they can’t fix it then we could just use the shower in a separate room in which one of our other family members was staying. This was a ridiculous solution since we were paying for our own room to use, not someone else’s. Next day came and after our day long excursion we were told cleaning staff fixed the issue. Went to test it and it was worse. The water began to back up by the host stand. The front staff then moved us to a different room, mind you this was late in the evening and we were traveling with our 1 year old. Albeit The new room was nicer, we were still frustrated at the situation. The front staff were nice and understanding and reached out to management to see if there was anything to do for the inconvenience. We asked if they could provide the breakfast (7 euros per person) and management said no,that they did enough with the new room.In fact management never reached out to us during our time there. Needless to say, our experience here was not great. If you have an issue, don’t expect management to offer help. My opinion,DO NOT STAY HERE.

Bra boende centralt!

Hotellet var lite svårt att hitta, det ligger in igenom en port på tredje våningen och du kommer in via en porttelefon. Vi uppskattade läget direkt vid gågatan och nära allt egentligen åtminstone det som är av intresse i Neapel. De spanska kvarteren precis bakom hotellet, nära till strandpromenaden och nära till bl a det arkeologiska museet. 24 timmars portier var oxå trevligt. Rummet lite gammaldags touch men det funkade. Rent oc bra. Vi var mycket nöjda!

Bem localizado e com funcionários delicados. Uma escada estreita para subir e descer com malas. Uma banheira alta, com pouca acessibilidade para idosos. Um chuveiro péssimo, que pinga gotas. Um colchão bem velho, com pouco conforto para descanso.

Hôtel de Ville plutôt propre et accueillant. Mais -impossible de garer en voiture devant le hôtel, il faut payer les parkings privés à proximité (40€/jour) et porter ses valises dans les rues. - pas d accès direct avec ascenseur, il faut également porter ses valises (1 étage) - chambre avec fenêtre opaque donnant sur cour et poubelles. Seul le tarif est un élément positif.

Non fermatevi alla porta!

L’hotel si trova al secondo piano di un vecchio edificio che si affaccia sulla centralissima via Toledo, a 50 m dalle scale di accesso alla stazione metro della omonima via. L’accesso all’hotel è individuabile unicamente dal numero civico in quanto l’accesso è totalmente anonimo, se non fosse per una piccolissima targa presente sullo stipite del portone. L’accesso avviene in un androne condominiale piuttosto fatiscente (ma effettivamente al momento del nostro soggiorno una facciata laterale dell’edificio era in ristrutturazione. Si prosegue più verso le scale alla quale si accede attraverso un cancello. Superato il cancello si accede alle scale, dai muri scrostati e gli infissi vecchissimi. L’ascensore, anch’esso datato, porta al secondo piano, dal quale poi, per accedere al piano dell’hotel, bisogna scendere una rampa di scale (il piano di sbarco dell’ascensore non coincide con quello dell’hotel, quindi la struttura è inaccessibile a portatori di handicap). Varcata la porta a vetri dell’hotel sembra di entrare in un altro mondo, in un ambiente elegante e confortevole, con personale cortese e gentile.

We were put into a room with a tiny window covered by what can best be described as a prison grid. Asked to speak to the manager but he /she was never present in the hotel .Receptionists were very helpful .I would avoid this hotel

No está mal, pero la distribución es muy rara e incómoda. La entrada al edificio antiguo es un poco tétrica. Muy oscura y decadente. Me dio mucho miedo entrar.

The staff was excellent, the building is hidden behind scaffolding as it is being renovated. The entrance was so frightening looking that I almost cancelled my reservation. It seemed very unsafe outside the hotel. The staff was excellent and compensated for the exterior appearance.
