The hotel was quite good and maintained well for the neighborhood it’s in . Our first hotel in Italy and staff were very welcoming and good . The elevator are quiet small tho . They have a shuttle that starts in the evening at 8 pm and bring you back at 11 pm from the city , very very convenient. Also breakfast was good , it’s Napoli after all Grazie Mille Would go ack again !!

Great stay and excellent value! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and very friendly staff. We stayed in a family room for three and found it perfect for our needs. Plus, having free parking was a massive plus. Would definitely stay again!

The breakefast almost includes all items and rooms were clean. Just it lacks any fridge or microwave that makes it al little difficult. The staff were also willing to help.

Staff very good and clean hotel. Refreshments are the biggest issue. Outside of restaurant times nowhere to get drinks/food without going to neighbour hotel. Disappointing not to at least have a kettle in room.

The area was in the industrial zone. Not a great area but close to the metro trains. You should see the out area before you book. The gym is closed, the patio deck also closed, a lot of Reno. Kind people but I would not stay there again. Bring your own water.

It’s a wonderful hotel, with great rooms and staff overall. The surrounding area is a bit weird, but you can easily get a taxi (trusted by the hotel) and a shuttle from the center to the hotel every night.

Nice hotel

Hotel was a bit out of the centre in the industrial working area so the surrounding area was quite dirty… full of rubbish in the streets but as soon as you were in the centre (which was about a 40 minute walk) it had the lively Italian vibe Hotel was clean and tidy… the description is wrong though as it’s the hotel opposite that has the lounge area, outdoor seating and bar Breakfast was very good with plants of variety to eat

The property was an ideal place to stay for our visit to Pompeii. We were able to check in at 10pm, which was ideal due to our flight being delayed. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.

Me and my daughter had a wonderful time at hotel Tiempo. The staff is very helpful and friendly with everything you need, specially Mario and Anna (desk) We can’t forget about Anna (keeper) - always smiling and helping with anything we ask. Also we had a great conversation with Nunzia (another hotel staff member) always making us laugh. Definitely a good time visiting hotel Tiempo.

Good hotel

Nice hotel, breakfast was nice, just a shame you couldn't help yourself and you had to be served. Hotel was nice and clean, room service was great, a shame the rooftop was inaccessible. Staff were friendly and very helpful at reception.

My stay at Hotel Tiempo was terrific! The multilingual staff was so helpful (I needed them to help me with a few administrative things and they were so nice), the daily breakfast was delicious and the hotel was exactly as described. It is in a somewhat inconvenient neighborhood, but I expected that from looking at a map before I arrived. As with most things in Naples, the neighborhood looked rough, but was not so; I was a 20 minute walk to piazza garibaldi and was very easy to use as a central point for the city.

Clean and cheap hotel in the industrial area of Napoli, close to linea 2 gianturco which takes you to town centre in 3 stops. Food was good and varied for breakfast - must say i preferred the fresh pastries to the eggs and sausage. All rooms are clean and well maintained. Air conditioning works well for hot summers. Only downside is the poor eateries around the hotel (pizza and chinese food) and the dirty area. If you dont mind it, its good and accessible Good value for money

Nice hotel, not so nice area

Hotel Tiempo is nice, we had a clean and spacious room with a great roof terrace. There isn't a restaurant but guests can use the sister hotel directly opposite a small road. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. However, the surrounding area is very industrial and dirty which would put us off staying there again. There is litter everywhere and very few places to eat in the nearby vicinity. It was ok for our one night stay but will choose somewhere more central next time.

Confusing photos on Hotels .com website rrgarding the entrance as there is no awning and comfortable seating at the front. Quite a scruffy backstreet entrance which was a bit of a worry on arrival and a little further outside the old town than anticipated. The staff, cleanliness and breakfast made up for it.
