Angela was very helpful in providing many good suggestions on restaurants and local attractions. Location was great bc it was walkable to the port, galleria, Toledo shops, Spanish quarters, and spaccanapoli. The only issue was the check-in. But once that was settled, there were no issues with our stay. The room was well stocked as well. Lots of amenities. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

Staff was friendly but upon arrival we were very scared ! It’s just a door with small sign. Not inviting at all! Hot in hall way and hard to find entrance on 4th floor. Not at all easy to get in to the actual hotel lobby

•Personnel sympathique •Propreté à revoir, les toilettes étaient déguelasse malgré la bande de protection •Réservation le jour même, aucune communication pour expliquer comment rentrer. Il aura fallu trouvé du wifi et essayer d’envoyer un message pour avoir accès à l’appartement. •vous êtes seuls personne sur place à l’exception de la femme de ménage, le reste viennent qd il y a une arrivée •ma fille a salit le drap et il n’a même pas été changé les autres jours •bref près des ferrys pour aller à capri point positif sinon c’est cher pour ce que c’est
