"It was a comfortable stay, we did run into some issues but the manager did try and accommodate with a late check out. The floors were a bit dirty not suitable for my toddler. And on my last day I did run into a couple of roaches. There was parking on the property which was acceptable, we didn’t have to pay like other properties require."

"Save yourself the trouble of researching accommodations and lodging in Long Beach and just stay here! Location is perfect. Juice/acai bowl/smoothie place next door is open until 8 pm. Liquor store a block away will have whatever you forgot. Pat makes coffee in the morning but the cafe on the corner has the standard coffee drinks for your morning caffeine needs. 4th street is a few minutes walk up the street. The beach, art museum (and Claire’s) is a few minutes walk in the opposite direction. Walk a few blocks down Broadway and you find a wine bar and some cute restaurants. The neighborhood is adorable and I loved wandering about and admiring the lovely gardens. But more importantly, support a wonderful small business and keep your hard earned dollars in the community you’re visiting. Pat is the sweetest and will go above and beyond to make your stay special. This will be my go to spot when I’m in the LBC!"

"They don't pull they helped to due A good work, l let's know l need clean my room and they don't due the job. I need come to the office to let's now about l need clean towels because the mermaid don't come to cleaners up my room. Look the clean towel."
