Did not use the breakfast but it looked good. Staff was pleasant but did not communicate with us to when our room was available. For some reason there was no cleaning service done our room on one of the days.

Location was great, about a 15 minute walk to Broadway St. if you take your time. Was a 7 minute walk to the Gulch area. The Hotel was slightly dated, but I wasn't looking for 5 stars.
