“We've stayed in worse, but...
This is a place that is past it's hey-day, but struggling to become current. The new toilet and tile were nice, but incomplete and shoddy work with the grout. The water was immediately hot, but "meh" pressure and fixtures. The bedding was clean and the mattress was firm. Overall, utilitarian hotel decor and furniture that has been well used.
The building materials and torn furniture around the property were a bit off-putting, but show a work in progress.
