Overall, the property flooded, my room had no hot water the whole time I was there, maid service never came, one day I had no water. They said they would refund one night and then they did not… do not stay here.

The hotel was handy for a quick stopover stay. It was clean and tidy but also quite old and in need of updating. Staff were helpful. Room was noisy - there was a door or gate nearby that was constantly banging throughout the night along with men’s workers voices loud from about 4am. A few minutes walk got you to the main road where you could get a bus to downtown but you definitely need to get a taxi back in the evenings. I would stay again for a short stay.

This place was great during the day, front desk was super nice, but at night, this place became super sketchy with randoms dudes standing in dark corners and drug deals and hookers. I heard some hideous things so I literally left the hotel that night and stayed somewhere else. Did not feel safe at all.

This was our fifth stay at Colony Club and again we were very pleased with their service. The staff greeted us warmly with smiles, check in was smooth with follow up call once we were in our room. Excellent customer appreciation and customer service, affordable, clean and beautiful surroundings, room amenities were tailored to our needs. We had mangoes fresh from the trees on our last stay. This was my second stay at this property and the first was much better. The amenities were limited ,only shampoo and bar soap in the bathroom. The internet was so bad it keeps dropping . Please improve on the internet service .

After reading the reviews I was a bit skeptical, but upon reaching I was greeted by a friendly pair of staff members who assisted with the issues I had with booking and even gave us a better room. The room and surrounding area was clean. The water in the room is very hot. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely be back.
