My honest review after staying here: I absolutely loved the location! The beach across the road is so peaceful, and the owner was very quick to respond. The hostess on the premises was really helpful and very prompt with everything—she definitely deserves a raise! I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back on my next trip...

Was pleasantly surprised how nice the place was. We were kind of skeptical based on some of the reviews but self check in was easy as we did arrive late and the room was nice and clean beds were very comfortable. The wifi was a bit iffy but everything was in good condition would definitely stay again

I liked everything about the BNB, the hospitality was exceptional, the unit was clean and organized. The view across from was magnificent in the morning and during the sunset. Perfect name for the entire stay. Easy transportation to downtown, bus $1.00-$2.50 in front of The Sunset Stay . To the fish-fry on the beach and the Port of Nassau Bahamas. Bay Street main highway. Ten minutes-15 minutes from the Airport Taxi service from $30- $45 depends on where you’re going . A must stay if you love visiting The Bahamas best rates in town.

Good location and price/value. A bit unusual checkin/out times and procedure. Checkout was already at 10am with housekeeper knocking on the door to get us out. They also won't send checkin informations until the room is ready on your checkin day. If you have no data or wifi this could be a problem. Other than that, great place to stay and explore Nassau. Will come back.

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was fantastic. The property was located directly infront of the sea, the property was clean, quiet and the location was ideal for commuting to the town and restaurants. We had the standard studio ( 2 queen beds), it had all the appliances needed and it was well kept. Thank you again to the dedicated and accommodating staff (John and Velaine) and to our amazing host Tiffany!

Clean room, lovely housekeeping lady. Looks like she’s running the whole place because i saw her cleaning & she also checked me in. im not sure if the host was texting me but i got a bit of attitude in the text when i was asking a simple question about whether we have to sit outside until check in time. PS if you arrive early you’ll be sitting outside until check in. they do have wifi but they can atleast have a waiting ROOM WITH a RESTROOM, theres no restroom while youre waiting. I also dont know if i got there on a slow day but there was no one in the office even tho office hrs are 9am-5pm?

The room was very nice and clean, I did not like the part that in the bathroom the window did not have a curtain or blinds, anyone who was tall could walk right by and see you in the bathroom. I also did not like the part that you can’t swim in the beach across the street. That was the main reason we picked this place. If you want to stay somewhere that you can walk across the street and go in the beach this is not it! Now if you want to just take pictures and admire the ocean this would be for you.

Check in was quick and easy, the power was off; however that was behind their control as it was island wide & the property has a generator so we were able to get comfortable. This is my second time booking at this property I will be back

The host and staff were extremely unfriendly and rude, making the experience very unpleasant. There were rats around the building, which was unsanitary and concerning. The beds were very uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. The parking lot was also in terrible condition and had no lighting, which made it feel unsafe, especially at night. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and there is significant room for improvement in customer service, cleanliness, comfort, and safety. Would not recommend!!

I liked the fact that the property is close to the beach. I didn’t like that I spend six days of my trip without Internet with no update. The host had bad attitude and will never recommend anyone to come and stay at the Sunset Stay.
