Bad smells!!

The hotel was recently renovated but unfortunately there was an unpleasant odor throughout the facility… robot waiters are not necessary… money might be better spent freshening the rooms so that they don’t smell bad.

大変お世話になりました。 お部屋は２間で綺麗に清掃されていました。 スタッフは外国人の方が優しく対応してくださいました。 お風呂は露天風呂の温度が低くて寒かったです。内風呂は温かかったです。 洗面台や床に大量の髪の毛が落ちていてモップで掃除をしました。 ゴミ箱が少ないのかゴミが溢れていました。 フリードリンクもありましたがビールがなかったのが残念でした。 食事は朝食のみでしたがあまり食べられないので充分でした。 エレベーターが直ぐ閉まってしまうので毎回手で押さえて出入りしていたのでもう少し開いている時間を長く設定した方が良いと思います。 家族旅行には良いと思います。

良いホテル

いつもバイクツーリングの時に使っています。貸し切りの８Fの露天風呂がとても良いです。温泉街から少しはなれていて周りに何もないですが静かで落ち着きます。食事もおいしいです。値段も安めの割にとても良いところです。

全て手を抜くのではなく、必要なところには対処してあり、ツボを押さえたサービスになっていると思う。貸切風呂は予約はリモートで出来るのにキーをフロントに取りに行く仕掛けだが、惜しい。部屋と同様に番号キーにすれば、利便性は高まると思うのだが。

貸切り露天風呂は良かったが混合栓のお湯のハンドルが破損していて土台ごと抜ける。指で触れるだけでも外れる程で、出てくるお湯だけで出すと火傷するほどの高温なのに放置してるのはかなり危険だと思う。

設備のメンテナンスが全くできていない 男性浴場の洗い場で、シャワーホースからの水漏れがあり、使えない所が数ヶ所 客室階で、エレベーターの下行きボタンを押してもボタンの電気がついたないから押したかどうかわからない 夕食時、ビールサーバーの周りに小さい虫が沢山飛んでいた、等等 古い施設を再生している事は理解ができますが、古い事と手入れが行き届いていない事は別だと思います

次は1泊２食付きにしよう

初の塩原でしたが大浴場は良いお湯でした。貸切露天風呂から星が見たかったのですが、お風呂場がそこそこ明るく、星があまり見えなかったのと、バスタブが浅めで温まれなかったのが少し残念でした。 部屋は清潔に感じました。お隣がキッズルームだったのか遅めの時間までバタンバタンと物音がしていました。お部屋お任せのリーズナブルなプランでしたし気にしない性質なので不満はありませんが、静かに過ごしたい方は避けた方が良いかもしれません。 また、徒歩圏内には早朝から営業のある飲食店が無いようでした。車なし素泊まりの場合はあらかじめ準備した方が良さそうです。 フリードリンクが滞在中ほとんどの時間に利用でき、とても良かったです。 総じて居心地よく、次があったらまた利用したい宿でした。
