Muito confortável e acolhedor. O atendimento do Andercleisson e o Levi, foram de extrema presteza e excelência. O hotel novinho, cama e chuveiro maravilhosos. O hotel ainda não fornece toalhas de praia, que foi o único ponto negativo que achamos.Fiquei muito feliz por acertar nessa escolha. Voltando a Natal, escolhemos hospedar nesse hotel. Super recomendo

A localização é excelente, perfeita para aproveitar o melhor da cidade, e o café da manhã… simplesmente delicioso! Café da manhã fraco. Não limpavam o quarto diariamente, a limpeza era a cada 2 dias e mesmo assim tinha que agendar. Não limparam meu quarto deixando lixo do banheiro acumulado. Tive que pedir pra irem a noite retirar o lixo do banheiro e trocar as toalhas. Total descaso com a limpeza

Pontos a melhorar do hotel Bali em Natal

O quarto tem uma cama bastante confortável e o banheiro tem um banho muito bom...o quarto não tem nenhum espaço para estender roupa( Cadeira, cabide, nada de suporte). O café da manhã é simples e encontramos no primeiro dia que pedimos uma tapioca com 3 fios de cabelo na mesma. A piscina não tem bar, a queda d'água que pedi para ligar foi desligada assim que minha filha saiu de baixo só deu tempo dela ficar em baixo um pouquinho e quando ia para lá de novo já estava desligada,a limpeza da área da piscina tbm estava sendo feita na hora que estávamos utilizando a mesma. O estacionamento é legal mais precisa urgentemente de um portão eletrônico. Os funcionários da recepção são muito educados , simpáticos e prestativos ,as camareiras também são muito solícitas, já os do espaço onde é oferecido o café da manhã não são.

Razoável. Ficamos 4 noites e em uma não houve arrumação do quarto. Chegamos e tinha sabonete usado no box do banheiro. Em um dos dias o banheiro não foi limpo. No buffet do Café da manhã não havia um pegador, colher ou espatula para cada tipo de alimento. Café da manhã com pouca variedade.

Foi muito boa minha estadia , funcionários super atenciosos , quarto bem legal , café da manhã deixou a desejar o café é servido das 6:30 as 10:00 , desci as 8:00 nao tinha pão , não faziam reposição quando acabava . Enfim fora o café da manhã foi tudo bom.

Hotel novo, vale a pena.

O hotel é um 3 estrelas muito bom, novo e equipe solícita e agradável. Pecou na arrumação do quarto; box do banheiro minúsculo, não tem apoio pra mala e deixaram um espaço sem sentido entre guarda-roupa e a parede. Cama confortável, roupa de cama e banho ótimas. Vale a pena!
