Primeiro chegamos fomos bem recebidos mas a porta do quarto não abriu com o cartão após várias tentativas por contato telefônico consegui contato com a recepção e mandaram um técnico q não conseguiu resolver o problema como eu e minha família não tínhamos jantado fomos jantar e ai retornar ao quarto aos a janta o cartão ainda não abriu a porta tiver que ligar novamente a recepção e com muito custo nós atenderam e trouxe outro cartão aí abri a porta fomos tomar banho e ao liga o chuveiro ele caiu no chão fui até a recepção e ai com muito custo fomos mudados de quarto do 254 para o 256 pagar caro e ser tratado por pouco caso

Ponto que precisa melhorar

O ponto negativo pra mim, é a questão do piso sempre molhado, mesmo deixando o ar-condicionado na temperatura sugerida pelo hotel, inclusive viajei com minha filha de 6 anos, e ela sofreu duas quedas, decorrentes ao excesso grande de água no chão do quarto

Lugar incrível, agradável, limpo, me incomodou um pouco a umidade do piso, caso precise desligar o ar condicionado do apartamento, porém a informação é devido ao ambiente, fui na baixa temporada com a família. Está passandro por reestruturação administrativa, tivemos contatos com um dos gestores, bastante simpático. A comida estava muito boa, excelente atendimento

Quartos horríveis.

A experiência foi pessima. Pegamos quartos com vazamento de água. Os quartos ficaram enxarcados, escorria água pelas paredes, goteira em cima da cama,molhava nossas malas. O chão todo sujo, e quando juntava com a água formava lama. Trocaram de quarto, com mesmo problema. Tivemos que antecipar checkout. Falaram que ir estornar o valor pago, já tem mais de 1 mês, e até agora não foi resolvido.
