Everything you may need for your stay is provided including a complementary bag with some breakfast and tea and coffee supplies upon arrival. Customer service was excellent. “Booking is made on Expedia, but the you complete the registration on another site. Shower is built into a very small closet. Toilet is on the other side - in another closet. You have to straddle the toilet to use a hand basin that barely fits my hands and it's not possible to wash your face in it without splashing water all over the floor. Entrance way through to the room is in shockingly poor condition. Not the welcome one would hope to see. I would not recommend this room.”

Kitchen tap unit spins as you use it. Plug in sink does not seal - you had to run water continually to wash dishes. One kitchen light flickers then goes off - poor overall kitchen lighting. Fridge was off when we arrived...
