Appartment was clean and quiet. Seemed to be a lot of vans in the car park (trades people?). Bed comfortable and good shower..Convenience store around the corner, and a couple of takeaway food places

Great apartment for a business trip

My second stay here - and once again I had a good night and easy parking and transport. A great location about 10 mins by Uber from the CBS Arena.

Clean, modern and full room facilities.

Very clean modern, and comfortable with a mini kitchen and shower. Automatic entry was simple and my questions were answered quickly. Recommended.

I had several company bookings and the owners were really helpful. The location was about 15 minutes from where we were working so perfect on the morning travel wise. The only things personally I would change is in the room I was in I had to dry my hair in the kitchen in the reflection of the backsplash as there was no mirror near a plug and the bed needed a good clean underneath as it was full of fluff. A top up of the coffee each day would be a nice touch too along with fresh milk.

As a reasonably priced option, the room had all you would need to be able to cater yourselves. Nice shower, bed not very comfortable, and bath sheet towels would have been better. I didn't feel that the bluetooth key system felt secure, and I thought the whole situation around paying £100 deposit was also open to fraud, so I won't be staying again, for these reasons.

Clean comfortable room

Check in was good, must have a smart phone and remember to take with you and have it charged or you won't be able to get back into your room. Room clean, bed comfortable, fridge, hob, microwave and tea, coffee all provided. If room is road side it's very noisy early morning could do with better glazing.

The property was easy to locate and walkable. Has good shops around and easy access to the city center. However, the property was not clean. I had to get cleaning supplies, my own bedsheet and pillow cases before I could sleep. Even down to the cutlery, there was jam on a knife from a previous occupant. Nice property but they need to work on cleanliness. Also, they need to clearly state that you’ll be paying a damage deposit in their description.

Clean, comfortable and it felt secure. Comms all by text, but responsive. Didn’t meet anyone personally. Be aware you will be asked for a deposit by bank transfer which was not highlighted on Expedia - it worked fine and was transferred back to me within 24 hours. Nothing nearby, aside from Aldi.

Good value for family of couple

The studio has many facilities which I felt would benefit couples/families more. The check in process was rather complex. I was expecting a text message regarding the deposit but it came through in the app and I wasn’t notified through email like the initial message. This has caused some hiccups on the check in process. After checking out, the deposit was not returned until I chased for it.

Comfortable Appartment

Clean and welcoming. Bed very comfortable and duvet soft and luxurious Easy to contact people for help Had problem paying deposit as required me to access banking on line which I could not do. Eventually they sent link for credit card payment photo shown in advert was for more expensive apartment which was misleading. Would have liked shelf in shower as I had to keep bending down to retrieve shower and shampoo products off floor. I am suffering from dizzy spells when moving up and down.

The accomodation is conveniently located for all activities around Coventry, and home away from home. Once you’ve stayed once, it becomes first choice. They could however improve services for guests staying up to a week, by cleaning, changing sheets, and supply of toilet paper at least every 2-3 days.

The apartment was great. The only thing that could be improved were to warn at booking time that the digital key would not be "released" until you paid a damage deposit of £100 which required a lot of stress when you just want to get access to the property. I was very close to reporting the property as a scam and re-booking because the key did not come into the app. It was only when I saw an email from the apartment that I found out the need to pay the damage deposit for the key to then be released.

Good room but very dark

The apartments were easy to find and once we had sussed out the Pockit Pass system access was good. The interior is very dark - black walls in the communal stairwell. Our room had purple walls AND ceiling and dark green curtains and then dark kitchen cupboard doors. It all felt very oppressive. The room was adequate, with a good kitchen area and lovely shower room and for the price we would use this again but maybe specify no purple, or bring head torches

Would only stay as a last resort

No toilet roll had to go over the road and buy my own. Tobacco on the pillow Hairs on the pillows Main entrance door slamming for 12 hours throughout the night and being located right next to it was not ideal. Walls marked and stained throughout the room. Front entrance fire door self closer not working correctly, fire and safety risk. Other rooms showering throughout the night, and with no insulation around the soil pipe. All you can hear is the water splattering inside the pipe. False fire alarm activations for 30 minutes

The property was fine. The room temperature could not be adjusted, and the weather was very hot; we did not like sleeping with the windows open, as we were on the ground floor. This made our sleep uncomfortable. Everything else was great, and it suited our short stay needs.
