"Good place to stay. Convenient to transportation. Great friendly service. Good breakfast. However there was issue for the bath/shower (due to accessibility issues) of my spouse as the wall of the tub were too high and there was not much to grab on to get in. Also there was no body cream."

"This hotel was in a perfect location! I was able to walk right outside my hotel and easily get to all of the sites around Lisbon. The metro is right in front of the building too. The room was great- nice bathroom and had everything I needed (fridge, hairdryer, water, closet, A/C). I really loved that breakfast was included. The food was fresh & there was a good variety. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because it doesn’t have an elevator. I had to carry my baggage up 3 flights of stairs. They didn’t have any staff who could help me carry it down either. Also, it says online that they have an airport shuttle. However, when I inquired about it, the receptionist said the charge is €36. An Uber to the airport is €11! Not sure why they advertise that. It is not included with your room price. I would definitely stay here again though!"

"Great central place to park yourself for your Lisbon vacation, so close to all the sights. I arrived on 8 am flight from JFK and arrived to hotel by 10 am. They can hold luggage until check in at 3 pm. They have a large bathroom area downstairs (no elevator) that I was able to brush teeth and change clothes in. The room and bed were comfortable and spacious (by old Europe standards). I do wish the bathroom had more lighting, but it had great water pressure and blow dryer if needed. Shampoo and body wash available in room as well. Free drinking water (in refillable glass bottle) is available as part of your amenities and can be refilled on the daily. I was pleasantly surprised by the good soundproofing. My room faced the street and I could barely hear outside noise. I slept very well at night. Walking 20,000+ steps during the day prob also helped. Haha. A/C worked great. They do have a single small elevator that can carry you up to the rooms with your luggage. Location was an easy walk to everything, including transit stations. I did not include the daily breakfast, nor did I go up to the terrace to see the views, so I can’t speak to those amenities. I would absolutely stay here again. After leaving a few days to go to Porto, I flew back to Lisbon for one night and stayed here once more. They gave me room 5E for my second stay here. This room has gorgeous city views and was also very spacious. They even had a small bottle of complementary red wine in the room. Recommend!!"

"The hotel is in a good central position on a main bus route from the airport. It is an intriguing hotel of several buildings. It's really lovely and quiet didn't feel crowded. The staff are great, the pool and restaurants are excellent. Our room wasn't huge but had a cute outside patio. The room had everything you needed including quiet aircon. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was clean and atmospheric. We left our cases after checkout and the reception booked a taxi that arrived very quickly back to the airport."
