"Sign for direction to lift was not clear, too small, easy to get lost,"

"The room was lovely, the whole of the hotel could do with updating, the restaurant was too dark, especially it was all black furniture and black coverings. The pool was a delight nice and clean, but the locker room could do with updating. The food was ok, we ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. All in all had a nice one night stay, would stay again."

"Plenty of parking, easy check in, limited bar and menu but food good and reasonably priced. Standard double room ok, amenities fine, small bathroom but good shower"

"We stayed as a family of three so we needed the pull out bed. It wasn’t made up when we arrived but it was quickly remedied. However, the mattress on the sofa bed was so thin you couldn’t sleep on it. Parking is plentiful but the car park area is dirty and in need of attention. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful but one in particular was very loud and over familiar. "
