Good location with on-site parking. Entrance, bar and restaurant area are warm and attractive. Checkin was quick and efficient.
Our room is on the top floor (we always get the top room!). Our room is quite spacious spotlessly clean, comfortable, and nice.ly decorated.

The breakfast was filling. The staffs are very polite and helpful. We made coffee late at night and need some milk, and the night staff gladly gave us some milk. The hotel has very charming old fashioned style that we loved. Throughput it was very lovely stay.

The grounds and the hotel were absolutely beautiful! Easy to walk to the train to get to the city center (if you use the train be aware of the schedule, the trains are NOT often). The bathroom and a shower were marvelous after a week of hiking on the Isle of Skye. The mattress was only complaint. Felt old and there are people divots on both sides of the bed.
The room was clean and quiet. The bar downstairs elegant. Lovely and stay!
