“Staff were excellent very helpful Breakfasts were ok Though they lacked choice and were limited. For example you were charged extra for a double shot coffee or for milk Bathroom had that usual regional problem of flooding the entire room if you have a shower”

“Good breakfast, nice staff, clean premises.”

“So nice hotel clean and good service healthy breakfast”

“Friendly and accommodating staff, clean rooms, great breakfast. Nice spa and gym. Restaurant on site. Especially veg. Momo was excellent!”

“cost-efficency is the best! If you visit Thamel, you must stay here. The staff are very courteous and super friendly. they are the best. The restaurant on the GF has a good street view. I experienced cozy time while having nepal beer in the evening. ”

“Good hotel”

“It is well prepared place. Compared to staying Hyatt, it is a unique experence better than staying in a 5 star hotel in Kathmandu. Espcially thanks to the receptionist. ”

“Ashish at reception is like a maestro/ making sure everything is working, guests are happy, etc. he does an awesome job! He has done challenges to work with, such as excessive noise from within the hotel due to an open staircase. It starts about 6:30 am with Oreo for Brfk down in the lobby ( all way up to higher levels) and really continues all day. Noise from outside is minimal. Breakfast is a nice selection. Bathroom is very small- two people don’t fit. Needs a bit of sprucing up; water noise...

“Rust water..... couldn't washing. ”
