The hotel looks new and clean but the quality of towels is not for 4star hotel.

“This place was really good! Location is close to everything and the staff is super friendly and they have one of the most beautiful women I have ever seen working in the reception. We had a problem with our A/C in the room and when the technician couldn’t fix it he ran down to reception and got us keys for a new room and helped us take our bags to it as well, that is awesome service!”

The area around the hotel is not pretty - it is surrounded by a few blocks each way of closed places and graffiti, BUT it's very safe and walkable to all important places, nicer areas, delicious restaurants, and public transport.
