"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Omni New Haven Hotel. After my stay, I discovered an unauthorized charge of $62.43 on my credit card, processed at 3:20 AM while I was asleep. My colleague was also charged the exact same amount at the same time.
Neither of us used any additional services—no parking, no breakfast, and no minibar. This is clearly an erroneous charge. Furthermore, my $100 security deposit has still not been released.
I have tried to call the hotel multiple times to resolve this, but since I have already returned to South Korea, the 13-hour time difference has made it impossible to successfuly reach the right department during their business hours. I have also sent several emails to the management team, but I have been completely ignored despite their automated system promising a response within 48 hours."
