“Very clean room but very basic. It did the trick but the walls were paper thin and you could hear everyone walking in the hallway at all time of day. Great location.”

“This was excellent except for one huge annoyance at the beginning. My lock didn't work, wouldn't stay locked. I had checked in after hours, and they said they would be there in 10 minutes to fix it, but it was actually 30. The next day they lied about why the lock had been broken. Other than that the stay was excellent, and I would stay there again, but that was an irritating way to start”

“Never stayed in a room this small before. The bathroom was a joke. I'm 5'8" and whilst sitting on the toilet, my knees touched the wall in front. No space to dry yourself after a shower. Two single beds occupied much of the room with only a small gap between them. View from bedroom was the back of other buildings surrounding it. Cost was eye watering for what we got and no breakfast provided. The owner, Inaki, was very pleasant but our overall feeling was that we had been conned.”

“The accommodation is right at the heart of old town walking distance to everything we needed. Beatrice on reception was a delight and made us fell so welcome. Claudia looked out for us when we had a bit of a mix up entering the property going above and beyond to make sure myself and my daughter were ok. I will treasure my time in San Sebastián and can’t wait to revisit. NB the location is noisy as it is so near to everything but it is just life and I did not mind it at all x”
