What a great gem on the beach in Naxos! Family run like many of the stores and restaurants, super responsive to everything you need, and the location is top notch. Would definitely stay here again

Overall a lovely place to stay in Naxos!The hotel is in a fantastic location, well within walking distance to both the beach and plenty of great local restaurants. Highly recommended!

We had such a great stay at Sunset Studios! It’s family run, incredibly welcoming, and the location is honestly hard to beat. You're legitimately across the street from the beach/ocean with the bus stop only about 200 metres away - so getting around Naxos was super easy. If you don't want to tour around, you'll also have plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants within a 3 to 5 minute walk of the stay. Including a supermarket and laundromat. Our room was spacious, clean, and had the perfect relaxed beach vibe. The views from our balcony were unreal and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The family also has a restaurant on site, which was amazing and made the whole experience even better. Some of the best Greek food we had our entire trip - so good we ate there twice. Sunset offered everything we wanted for our time in Agios Prokopios and we would 100% stay here again!

Prós: localização - a pé das melhores praias e 15 min de carro da cidade Espaçosa - sala grande, varanda na frente estacionamento - sempre conseguimos vaga dentro da propriedade Contras: chuveiro - água fria e a ducha não parava no lugar, caindo do suporte toda hora Equipe: somente tivemos contato no check in. Depois, não sabíamos com quem falar, pedir informações ou mesmo fazer o check ou.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were fantastic. It’s a very short walk to the beach and the rooms were clean and comfortable! Will definitely stay here again!

Clean, friendly service, comfortable bed. Kitchen in room, great for family with kids. Restaurant has delicious food. Great location, next to beach. I will be definitely staying here when I return.

This is such a great location and such a sweet Greek island style accommodation. It’s right across the road from the beach and has a restaurant right in front for all meal options. Love this area, can highly recommended.

Property was a little dated but everything worked appropriately. Had small issue with shower which was quickly fixed. Great location and across the street from a great beach with beautiful and calm waters. Walkable to multiple shops and restaurants.

Very difficult to locate with Google maps. Use the restaurant to find. Parking behind restaurant and little street to get to small provided parking is directly next to restaurant. Check in/out was with those in restaurant. Pros -> Location was GREAT, has Parking available, close to bus stop, beach and many restaurants, shops, market all walking distance. We had 2 rooms. AC in both rooms and they worked well. Room was clean and they came and cleaned it and changed towels daily. There was a mini fridge in room along with some minimal kitchen utensils. Cons -> Parking area is VERY small and awkward. At one point our vehicle was trapped in, thankfully we were walking at that time to location so didn't impact us BUT definitely possible to happen. Needs some general maintenance examples: Front door doesn't seal well and mosquitoes got in easy. The shutters on back of house did not lock against building well and banged constantly with the winds. Door knob to bathroom was lose.

Loved it!!

We stayed at Sunset Studio for 5 nights. We received a very warm welcome from Katarina (and a free drink too). She was always on hand for a cherry hello or offering of help. The whole family run accommodation and restaurant are friendly and the food is tasty. Convenient for supermarkets too (24 hrs minimart is 4 mins away). We really enjoyed it here so thank you all. ☀️☀️☀️☀️

Le studio est face a la mer, magnifique. Le ménage est quotidien, avec changement des serviettes de toilette un jour sur deux. La literie est de qualité. Nous avons été accueilli avec un verre de bienvenue. Le personnel est charmant, la taverne de la famille juste en bas est un bon restaurant. Début septembre pas de petit déjeune mais il y a d'autres possibilités à côté. La kitchenette ne permet pas de cuisiner. C'était un séjour tres agréable les pieds dans l'eau. Merci

Very nice apartment with nice sea view and very close to a nice beach. It was quiet. The owners also owned the restaurant in front which was one of the best we found on Naxos.

Great location to beach, family friendly staff, and affordable. Just do not expect a 4 star hotel. The beds could have better mattresses, my back hurt after 2 nights.
