"The hotel was pretty good and the staff were helpful besides some miscommunication with the breakfast but we spoke with them and got it sorted. The requests we made were not done in a timely manner especially when we were in a rush to get on our tour but it did get done eventually. They were very friendly and helpful though and the view of the pyramids is unmatched! "
